• Please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship your order
• Ground orders should arrive 2-5 days after it has shipped (unless a different shipping time was purchased at checkout)

• Please keep in mind that if your order has already shipped we can not make any changes
• Allow 24 hours for updates on all tracking information 
• International Shipping may be subject to customs fees. Please keep in mind the customer is expected to pay these fees. We are not responsible for the extra cost.

If your order is delayed or late please keep in mind this is not our fault. Once your order has shipped it is not in our control. If you are having issues with the delivery please reach out to your post office and our support email. We will do everything we can to get you your order or send a replacement package! Sadly, we are not able to see the exact location of your packages we are only able to see as much as you can with the tracking number.
